Master Luo has more than 10 years of experience teaching tai chi to students from around the world.  She operates the Long Tou Shan Martial Arts School in Yangshuo, China, formerly known as the Wu Wei Center.

Tai chi FanFrom her youngest days with her father, a Kung Fu master, Mei has loved the martial arts.  But because her father is very traditional, he refused to teach his skills to a girl.  So as soon as she was old enough, she went to study under Fu Neng Bin, in Nanning, and later with Chen Zheng Lei, of the actual Chen family.  Chen Zheng Lei is recognized by the government as one of the ten great martial arts masters of China.  In Chen village Mei was certified as a Tai Chi master.  Now she has practiced Tai Chi for more than 20 years.

 

Taichi SwordAt the elite competition in Zhengzhou, China, an annual, nationwide meet, Mei has won two bronze and one silver medal, and she has won a silver medal in the Guangxi competition.  She also regularly gives demonstrations and presentations at public events.

Mei gives lessons in both Yang and traditional Chen style tai ji quan (tai chi), and the use of sword and fan.  She also offers lessons in qigong and yoga.  Mei speaks Chinese and English.
